  1. Credit Card Orders:

We are able to take credit card orders by submitting a request for payment to you, in which case you will be emailed for credit card details, and once completed your order can be filled, at this time we limit this to Visa and MasterCard. We recommend that you set up an account with PayPal as in future this will simplify the order process.

Your emails will be answered within one business day within North America. All other emails should take into consideration time differences. 

 


    3.   Import Tax Duties

Import Tax Duties for shipments, generally valued over $500.00.

You may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are levied upon importation to your country. Additional charges by customs must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of these, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents.

We ship world wide and can see no problems in the foreseeable future continuing this service; however if you live in a remote part of the world, such as in the middle of the Amazon, you could expect a short delay in shipping times. All shipping costs are added at time of purchase and there are no additional shipping cost for this service. However; you may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are levied upon importation to your country. (see Import Tax Duties)

  1. Order Tracking

We do not offer order tracking at this time, but if you are concerned with the location of your order contact us. We will be more than pleased to do an internal search and a shipping check to confirm that your order has been dispatched, and give you an estimated time of arrival at your door.

 


  1. Payments

Payments can be made through a variety of ways. We recommend that you use PayPal. We can handle money orders, personal checks, and credit card request payments by email but, we limit this to Visa and MasterCard. If you would like us to consider any other forms of payment email or phone us with your request.

If you are having trouble with making a payment through our shopping cart system, which is linked to PayPal, consider one of these solutions;

  1. Do you have a PayPal account? If not, you need to set up an account with PayPal to be able to use this payment type.
  2. If you were in the middle of an order and the order was not completed because you do not have an account and you were unable to proceed then you have two options. a) Set-up an account. b) Send and email to us and we will request payment advice to be emailed to you.

  1. Returns

We have no return policy at present because we have had no returns. If you believe you have a need to return your products for any reason please contact us for instructions. Your credit card supplier may also have return policies that can be employed if the need arises.

We will, however, not take return of goods because you change your mind or because you fail to calculate import duties. Please do not abuse our good nature so we may be able to serve you better in the future.

 


  1. Sales Tax

Sales tax is only applicable if you reside in Florida, USA. The current Florida State sales tax rate is 7%.

 


  1. Shipping
  1. Shipping costs are added at time of purchase.
  2. If you have a special shipping request email us.
  3. All products in stock are shipped the next business day and will arrive within five working days, three being the norm.
  4. If items requested are not in stock and delays are expected you will be contacted. 
  5. Overseas orders depend on how remote a local products are shipped to, but should take only a few days extra.
  6. Croquet sets are shipped express post and should arrive within one business week. (unless custom equipment is ordered)
  7. Remember; you may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are levied upon importation to your country. (see Import Tax Duties)

 


  1. Sizing
  1. Sizing of our shirts, belts, and hats is the same for any other article of clothing you would purchase at regular clothing outlets.
  2. Sizing of mallets and croquet sets for weight and length is a personal choice and should be considered before ordering. We can accommodate your requests for length of shaft and head weight, but this could delay dispatch times.
  3. Sizing of mallet covers: Measure head size and order cover with enough room to accommodate mallet head when cover is closed. Unless you have a custom size mallet that exceeds shaft length, and head length and width, of normal mallets, our mallet covers will fit your needs.

For all custom, or irregular sizes, of any of our products, not covered within the limits of our website, email your requests to tenpro2@earthlink.net  and a reply will be sent noting:

  1. Availability
  2. Any extra cost
  3. Any dispatch and shipping delays. 

 


  1. Warranty
  1. All our products are manufactured to the highest standards and we, at our discretion, will replace any defective products. No refunds, returns, or credits, for products damaged by abuse or misuse.  If an exact replacement product is not available for some reason we will replace it, at our discretion, with the next closest similar product. If this is not an option then we will give you an in-store credit or a refund. Direct claims to tenpro2@earthlink.net 
  2. Compensation for goods damaged in transit should be first directed to the carrier company, and second to tenpro2@earthlink.net for further help and instructions.
